According to PurePeople Cécile has been cast for the lead role in a new romantic and musical comedy called “Almost Romantic”.

It’s a love story between a french girl and an english man that meet again after 20 years apart and the action will take place over the course of 24 hours in Paris. The songs will be both in english and french and filming will begin at the end of 2011.

Also cast in the production is Aurélie Maggiori from the french group Brigitte (and good friend of Cécile) and Gilles Lellouche who will play the part of an unconventional guardian angel. Sounds very promising!

Last night was the premiere of Cécile’s latest project “Toi, Moi, Les Autres…” in Paris. She looked stunning in a beautiful orange dress and nude pumps. The film is out in France in today so don’t miss it if you have the chance. For now, take a look at the pictures!

Cécile’s been busy lately promoting the film and also the monologue “20 Novembre” which runs in the Theatre de la Madeleine in Paris until April 11th! Do not miss it if you’re located in Paris or surroundings since it’s getting rave reviews.

Cécile’s most recent production is Audrey Estrougo’s musical “Toi, Moi, Les Autres” in which she stars alongside Leïla Bekhti and Benjamin Siksou. It’s been confirmed that she’ll be at the Alpe De Huez Film Festival at the end of this month promoting the film.
